If I try the same in a duplicate or a template (from the same project) it keeps appearing. The error appears with all the image widgets including butons backgrounds.

@FelipeOrtega Can you share the app with me to take a look? Please make sure that you do not save any further changes. Thanks

Yes - I am having an identical issue. Posted on a related thread. Would very much appreciate assistance!

Still VERY interested to receive some assistance on this issue. At the moment, the only resolution I can forsee is rebuilding an entire production app from scratch and hoping it doesn't occur again!

Do you have any sample apps to share?

Hello! Thanks so much for responding!!! My one challenge here is that the app I have been working on where this issue occurred is not something that can be generally publicly shared. If possible, could you provide your ArcGIS online username so that I can invite you to a group with appropriate access permissions? Or if you are aware of another, preferable mechanism for sharing in such an instance, please do let me know.

Can you try searching Tonghui Ming/tonghui? It should be there. Thanks.

Okay - you should have received an invitation to a group where an example app is shared. Although you will only have viewer access to the app as I have an organizational license which means that I can only add other users with organization licenses to a share edit group (unfortunately).
