KML Balloon HTML5 support

While porting across some webcam placemarks from Google Earth to ArcGIS Earth, I notice that embedded Youtube videos do not load due to incomplete HTML5 support (which is the same as in GE). Also, the balloon size is fixed, while in GE it adapts to the image size within the window, and to html body width tags. Are there any improvements planned that might address either issue?

As of v1.13, YouTube videos now are supported, though the balloon width needs manually expanded. Pity straight <img src=""> doesn't work any more
