Identify tool unavailable (ArcGIS Earth 1.8)

The identify tool does not work zoomed in beyond eye alt 414,016.32 ft. I'm experiencing this issue on data published to our portal, as well as locally-stored data. Anyone else experiencing this, or have any suggestions?

Is it possible to share the data being used? I tried with several public services from ArcGIS Online and was not able to reproduce this.

Unfortunately, I cannot share the data. I can try publishing public data to our portal and see if I still have the same issue.

ArcGIS Earth V1.9 is already live and includes some enhancements for identify tool. Could you help to check if your issue can be addressed in V1.9?
