ArcGIS Earth 1.13.0.3206 can't load .png texutre i3s service.

I have a i3s 1.6 serivce https://i3s.nlsc.gov.tw/building/i3s/SceneServer/layers/0

It's working good in ArcGIS JS API 4.20. https://codepen.io/lag945/pen/VwaVoZB

But it can't see anything in ArcGIS Earth version 1.13.0.3206.

On my tests, if I replace shared link https://i3s.nlsc.gov.tw/building/i3s/SceneServer/layers/0/nodes/root/shared from encoding "image/png" to "image/jpeg", I can see something at least.

We got another test data to reproduce the issue. The data can't be displayed because there is an error when processing service metadata responses. We are working on this issue and let you know when it's fixed.
