Scale Bar and North Indicator in exported images

Some of our users have asked for the ability to add a north arrow and a scale bar to exported/shared images from ArcGIS Earth.

Kudos on this. I would also add that it would be great to have the possibility to toggle on and off a scale bar prior to the exportation. (I know that a scale bar on a globe is just an approximation, but it could be useful at larger scales. Maybe it could be automatically turned off at smaller scales?)

In the latest release of ArcGIS Earth, we introduced brand-new Map Layout Export in V1.17. You can find more details via our document and the blog which will be posted later. You can add multiple elements to the exported map including the north anchor, scale bar, legends, etc.  Please try the feature and get back to us if there's any ideas and suggestions.

Are there plans to support exporting to U.S. standard page sizes and/or specifying custom page sizes in inches in a future release?
