Export : allow North arrow color change

Using Export, a user may want to add a North arrow over a dark basemap. But black being the only available color is a bit limiting. It would be great to be able to change the color of the arrow. A color wheel picker would be neat!

Black and white would be the most used colors. Could you reuse this ArcGIS Earth color palette/color picker ?
