Where do I use Data_and_Maps_for_ArcGIS2016_155257 iso?

New user and first time installation of ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.0.  Where and how do I use the Data_and_Maps iso data?

I use 7-Zip to unzip the ISO file.  All the goodies will be there after being unzipped.
