Greetings all, kindly help with the installation of ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1 with error of "upgrade requirement not met"  on Windows 10

How do I navigate to the list?

Type program in the search box on desktop, and choose Programs and Features from the list

I have the same problem, with the "Upgrade requirement not met"

I don't understand what is this "Uninstall Programs" section, can you show me where it is ?

That would be helpfull, I'm really need to install ArcGis
