Unable to manage licenses as admin account in ArcGIS online

I am unable to log into ArcGIS Pro with my trial account username/password. There is no "Manage Licenses" tab under the Organization tab when I log into ArcGIS online. Help please?

Assuming that you have a similar issue as Arcgis Pro and "manage license" issue 

Contacting the Esri Customer Service would be the best shot.
