Hi everyone, due to corona virus all support is close. Pls help
First I have purchased for 100 $ usd ArcGIS online and then purchased ArcGIS Desktop for personal use for usd 100$.
Now when I try to install the collector app or any other map. it gives error.
"Public account access dined".
1. Why my account still is public.
2. Is it possible can I upgrade my account so I can use the apps like survey 123, collector or tracker.
