In case you don't have your organizational account in My Esri, you need to contact your local Esri distributor to provide the necessary installation media.
Ok, thank you both. Yes, I am with an educational institution. They install ArcGIS only on all the PCs in the laboratory some time ago, now they seem unsure of how to have it on my laptop (so they just gave me those two numbers). I will try to consult them more and see instruction with them. Thank you
