How can I unauthrized licence in broken computer!

I used to have an authorization code from my university institution to download and use ArcGIS Desktop.
My computer have shutdown suddenly because of a technical issue, and it wouldn't work or even start up again to be able to unauthrized the licence!
now, I have a now computer, and I've downloaded again. However, I couldnet activate the licence.

How can I fix that please?

Please contact Esri Technical Support. They would reset the license keycode to activate again.

If you are not the authorized contact person from your university, you may ask your professor to contact the Technical Support.
