Beyond the blog announcement, which has enabled me to download and install ArcGIS 10.4 Pre for Desktop, I have not been able to find anything like a place to provide feedback, 10.4 documentation online, or any type of "What's New in ArcGIS 10.4?"
Is there somewhere on GeoNet (or elsewhere) that I should be looking for this?

Graeme,
Here are some direct links to 10.4 pre-release docs. These can be found on the MyEsri site where you downloaded the software.

the documentation was up inadvertantly briefly. There is no where in geonet currently to post feedback.
Does built-in help work? Is suspect that things are still in process.
I've become so used to using the Web Help that I had forgotten about the built-in help, and the latter seems to have what I was looking for.

Hi I have installed 10.4 pre relsease and I have experienced something unexpected like Arcgis is crashing while running an own tool because is out of memory (Memory reachs like 3 GB) and my laptop has about 8 GB. This tool could be used in former versions of arcgis.
I didn't think that 10.4 had moved from being 32 bit program which will cap your memory to an all inclusive 4 gig. I would check the release notes that George provided
Hi
It seems to me that Arcgis is now using memory instead of CPU (and that is a good thing per se) but it can't handle it somehow. I attach the failure notification that I got whenever I run this tool.
That is a new one... hard to track down since it appears to be due to your tool's dialog. Is the processing that it is doing difficult or memory intensive? or using large inputs?
Hi,
I've never seen that dialog before...Anyhow this is a small input just for testing purposes. On the other hand, it is quite demanding process but former versions of Arcgis were able to deal with it.
Hi
i just installed 10.4 Final, and I see that error is gone and it works perfectly. Nice!
