Authorization for extensions not working on new laptop

I recently obtained a new laptop.  I deauthorized and uninstalled all ArcGIS products on my old laptop and reinstalled them on my new one.  I then followed the authorization procedure and while the Advanced Single User software did authorize, none of the extensions that I had access to previously authorized.  I entered the codes and tried again, and the message I received is that those extensions have already been authorized on my machine, yet the Availability window shows they are not and those features are not working in ArcMap 10.7.
