When ever we upgrade license manager from 10.2.2 to 10.3 it is not starting automatically when ever the system is restarted the license manager service stops .please provide the help for the same .
If you see it as set for automatic start up in the Windows services list it is probably starting and crashing. The best way to check out the message is to set up logging (as described in the help).
Make sure the startup type of the ArcGIS License Manager Service is set to Automatic (Delayed). Why Delayed? It allows other dependent features and services to start-up before ArcGIS License Manager Service.
ArcGIS 10.3 License Manager has dependencies on the Windows Management Instrumentation and the WMI Performance Adapter. Previous versions did not have this dependency. If these services are disabled, ArcGIS 10.3 License Manager does not run.
