TM template in ArcGIS Pro Defense Mapping uses NGA Topo font family, which is not a part of the installation package and most probably it is purchased separately. Since I was not able to find more information about this font family, let me ask you following questions:
1. Does NGA Topo contain Cyrillic characters (in order to create bilingual topographic map templates)?
2. Where can it be obtained from and how much does the entire font family cost?
Thank you.

Hi Nikolay_St,

Regarding Cyrillic support, NGA Topo does not have Cyrillic characters (and probably will not anytime soon). We would suggest using Arial in this case, as it is widely available and somewhat similar to NGA Topo. It has Cyrillic characters, and will support cartography font requirements like bold, italic, and condensed.

Some examples of a comparison between NGA Topo and Arial Narrow are below. There is no automatic way to convert all fonts, and some alignment issues may occur, so it may make the most sense to only use Arial for the label expressions, annotation, and text elements that must have Cyrillic characters. Otherwise, you will have to manually change a lot of font settings in the layouts.
