Hi @sen_rmsi

You will not find a specification for Multinational Geospatial Co-Production Program (MGCP) to MGCP Topographic Map (MTM) conversion.

MGCP is your data produced at a version (e.g. 4.4, 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.6). MTM is the data product specification that provides information on how features and marginalia are portrayed on a map or layout.

Are you trying to produce a layout or map (i.e. product) based on a standard specification? Are you looking into using a tool in ArcGIS Pro called Generate Product Layout? The input geodatabase for Generate Product Layout contains the features for the final map product. We call this input geodatabase the cartographic workspace.

I think your question might be asking how to get your MGCP data into the cartographic workspace? If yes? Your MGCP data is at what TRD version (e.g. 4.4, 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.6)?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Dan
