It would be nice to have a converter to translate .rbj file (Data Reviewer Batch Job) in ArcMap into "Attribute Rules" for ArcGIS Pro.

Your timing is impeccable!

The Data Reviewer extension for ArcGIS Pro will be releasing a new command (Export Batch Job to Attribute Rules) for exporting a Reviewer Batch Job (*.rbj) to an Attribute rule import file (.csv). The resulting Attribute rule import files(s) are used with either the Import Attribute Rules GP tool or interactively using the Import Rules command in ArcGIS Pro to create new validation attribute rules in your geodatabase.

This new command will be available in the next release (3.0) of ArcGIS Pro.

Per Jay's comment, this functionality has been added in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. See Ideas in ArcGIS Pro 3.0  for all of the other ideas you can look forward to when you upgrade.
