Static Indicator Text Size

I would like the text of all indicators in my Dashboard to stay the same size. I have used the Arc Online Assistant to edit the font size, which looks great on a computer, on a phone all text sizes are different. I'm using 11.1 and don't have the ability to upgrade at the moment. How might I get the text to maintain a static size for the Dashboard that i have created for mobile devices?
