Publish feature layer to use in Dashboard

Hi All

I created a SQL view to use in operations dashboard. I enabled feature access with QUERY only enabled (see screenshot)

When i open the feature layer in portal the coordinates differ from the map image layer. Any ideas as to why this is?

Any help appreciated
