Operations Dashboard Invalid Service

I have created a Feature Service in AGOL and published it publicly. I have created Maps and Web Apps that consume the service and it works fine.

when i try to add the map/service to Operations Dashboard, the polygons add to the dashboard, but then i get an error " Invalid Service or the service is not available"

Any thoughts

Allow only standard SQL queries. - Checked OFF

Allow access to the organization through SSL only - Checked OFF

I think it is because of the permission, admin, publisher, user. Make sure you have the proper role when opening the OD.
