I have an ArcGIS Operational Dashboard with geo-located points displayed in the map view widget that represent camera locations.
I have live camera feeds being pushed from a central DVR location to each camera location. I would like to click the geo-located
point in the map and have a popup window to display the video feed.
Has anyone successfully enabled this functionality?
Using: Esri V10.2.2
