Hi all,
We're seeing new behavior in one of our dashboards where a layer that needs to be visible at any scale is now strictly visible at neighborhoods or smaller scales. We've checked and permissions on the layer have reverted from public to private several times automatically and no matter how we change or update the layers and maps, the layers are still held within this new visibility scale. It appears it may be stuck on the suggested visibility range that ArcGIS online holds for the map containing these layers that we are feeding into Dashboards.
We appreciate any tips or suggestions, this has been happening to at least one dashboard for all users since yesterday.
