How to change Pop up select feature header in list?

Pop up shows correctly for a cluster webmap in my dashboard, when I select one feature of course the pop up windows shows in the upper right corner the option to select specific from list, when click all feature show the same header (name) I would like to show individual label let's say name of the point to differentiate, not the name of my table and county (a field)

That is based off the title you've set in the popup configuration in the web map. Change this to use the point's name field.
