How do I display the time from a date field in the list widget?

I wish to see what time my features were collected.

I add the 'created_date' field, generated from editor tracking, and only the date is displayed.

There is a time value stored with the attribute.

How do I get the time component to display?

To answer my own question, from my local ESRI Support ...

Ones needs to configure the popup in the Portal map to show time.

The Show Time tick box was greyed out as only certain date formats support showing time (go figure).

I changed the date format, the Show Time tick box became active, saved the popup, the time now shows in the dashboard (though not with the date format I would like)
