Dashboard: Change location of Serial Chart value axis labels?

Hi folks -- 

is there a setting not jumping out at me that would let me switch or also label values on the right side of my serial chart?

As time goes on, I'm wanting to put a reference for viewers on the right side of this chart --

Unfortunately, we don't have any options to label the "right" side of the serial chart. Sorry. Please submit an enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas site for ArcGIS Dashboards.
