customize dashboard layer filters tool

i have dashboard with 2 layers (Projects and countries_projects) , projects layer has country name as field also countries_projects has the same filed , i need to add unique filter to layers filter tool to filter both layers with one click. now i make 2 filters (one to filter in project layer and the 2nd to filter in countries_projects layer) .

also I need to customize the Operator between layer filters to and not OR ..

i have another Q :

layer countries_projects is a layer contains summarize data of the first layer Projects ,,, how can make this done dynamically ?

Hi, Did anyone has answer to replacing the default OR functionality between filters to 'AND'. Any help is greatly appreciated.
