Coded Value Domain in Details Element

Note:  Environment is Enterprise GIS‌ / Portal for ArcGIS‌ and Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS at v10.6

Hi everyone!  I am having a little trouble with the Details Element and Coded Value Domains.  The coded value is not appearing in for any fields in the Details Element.  For a quick look, I took a pic of the Details Element on the right and a popup of the same record on the right:

Now, the coded values show up in the filter for the Details Element and in all the other elements that I have used so far, including List, Pie Chart, and Serial Chart - in both filters and actual content in each fully configured Element.

Might something be wrong with the Details Element?
