We are using Enterprise 10.8.1. I have polygon layer in sql server registered as a geodatabase to Enterprise. The US county polygon layer data populates a web map. The same layer populates a list. When I set up an action in the List to pan and zoom to the county, them map pans/zooms to a wrong county multiple states away.
Is this a bug or something else?
