Best practice to allow user to select state in survey123 form then zoom to state in dashboard map

I have a survey that allows users to select a state and then county in a form. The state and county layers are hosted on my content as a hosted feature layer. The survey is linked to the web map with these layers

In the dashboard, I have a web map with the states and counties used in the Survey123 form. I have a category selector in the dashboard and would like the map to zoom to the selected state/county. The option to zoom to the selected state/county is not an option within the dashboard zoom configurations

Is there an option to get the map to zoom to the selected state/county?
