Background Color in Pop-ups in Dashboard

I have a Dashboard with Lists and a map. When using the “Dark” Theme, the pop-ups in my map have parts that are unreadable. The pop-up is a “Text” component that is comprised of a copied table from Excel. The gray colored background cells are NOT visible in my Dashboard. (See images)

How can I format my pop-up to be compatible with the Dark Theme in Dashboards? Will I have to use an Arcade expression for my table? Thank you!
