Manually Configure the Location of Download Button

As part of the February 2025 release, the download button within Dashboards has moved from sitting independently below the table (see screenshot below, highlighted in green). 

To above the table, within the meatball menu (see screenshot below) making the option to download the data less intuitive for the user.

It would be great for the author/creator of the dashboard to manually configure the location of the button (e.g. where this button sits around the download table or whether the button can sit outside of this menu).
