Hi all,
So we've been troubleshooting a unique issue with our Survey123 (ArcGIS Enterprise) and Power Automate. We have been trying to create flows that are triggered on "when survey response is submitted", as we understand this creates a webhook instance and configures it automatically on they Survey123 side.
The issue we're running into is that this only seems to work for a few surveys, there are some where we get an error in Power Automate saying "The response is not in a JSON format" and no webhook configuration is established - the funny thing is, this could be the same survey, just published under a different name, etc and it may work or it may not. We can't seem to find a rhyme or reason as to why this would occur at random and for certain surveys and not all?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
