Unable to Download Collector with Google Play

I have three Samsung Galaxy Tablets with 7 inch displays, however in the app store when I try to download collector onto them it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version". After checking the minimum requirements I'm fairly confident these tablets do in deed meet them.

required:                                                 

Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) or later   (the tablets all have 4.4 or later)

Processor: ARMv7 or later, or x86  (tablets all have 1.2GH quad core)

OpenGL ES 2.0 support. 

Precise location (GPS and network-based) support (has capability)

So I'm just wondering if it's a screen size issue? We do also have two Samsung Galaxy 10 inch tablets and they are able to download the app perfectly fine (albeit they have a bit different processors, but still meet the specs). Has anyone encountered this type of issue?

Hi Shawn – We are currently working to diagnose an issue where some compatible devices cannot install Collector from Google Play.  If your device meets the minimum requirements, you are likely affected by this issue.

In the meantime, you can access Collector from the following location: http://appsforms.esri.com/products/download/index.cfm?fuseaction=download.main&downloadid=2085

Once you have downloaded the setup you can transfer and install on your device. Here is a technical article about it, as well: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000017298.
