Pop Up not picking up attribute detail in heading

Hi, I have an map for collector but i have one layer where the Pop Up title will not pick up the attribute table of the column i have selected (or any column for that matter cos i have changed it to see). It works fine in AGOL - displays the data but not on collector  - the other layers works display the columns sets in both AGOL and collector - any ideas or suggestions - I have changed the display layer in the service in Desktop and this change reflects the column name when i republish but still does not display the attribute.  It is the one i need it on as the layer in question has names of places in it and there
