NMEA issue in Collector for ArcGIS - Android phone

Hi,

I am trying to use an app Collector for ArcGIS using an android phone (Xiaomi)

Every time I open the collector, below message will appear. What does it means?

"No Valid Location: Your Device is not sending valid NMEA. Using Android location services to determine your location"

Need an urgent solutions and feedback.

Hi,

I also had this problem. I resolved it by simplifying the symbology from picture symbols to plain dots. I realise that this is nothing to do with the location-based error that Collector returns, but it seems to fix the problem. Curious to know if it resolves it for you too.
