Maps shared with organization not appearing in Collector app

I have created a feature service on ArcMap 10.4.1, published it to my organizations ArcGIS Server (10.4), and created a Web Map using the feature service in ArcGIS Online. The attributes are editable, and the edits synchronize between AGOL, Collector, and the file on ArcMap. The problem is, the map is not showing up for others in my organization's Collector app. I have shared the map with my organization, and the map appears to me, but I am the creator of the map. I haven't been able to find any solution to this problem anywhere online, so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks to all for any help.

Hi Jack -- Collector shows maps created by you or shared with a group of which you are a member. Sharing a map with the entire organization won't show it in Collector.
