I am having an issue with Arc Collector after setting up a new location profile. I am using an EOS Arrow 200 GNSS receiver with RTK and an iPad with Arc Collector.
I set the location profile up per the instructions provided by EOS. The RTK/GNSS coordinate system is GCS NAD 1983 2011, the map coordinate system is WGS 1984, and the datum transformation is WGS_1984_(ITRF08)_To_NAD_1983_2011.
The issue I am having is that once I set this location profile, I am unable to open most of my maps on Collector. Some maps will open, some will not, even though the horizontal and vertical coordinate systems are identical. I saved a copy of a map I was able to open, re-uploaded it as a new web map and am still unable to open it with the new location profile in Collector.
I've read a few support posts and general web map setup posts, but the error I'm having doesn't seem to have been covered.
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
