Help ! Arcgis Collector

I cannot connect to my portal gis on my LG Android phone using arcgis collector ( it worked on IPhone and IPad ). Error "Could not find https: https://vtg-gis-07.hcmpc.com.vn/arcgis  Please check the URL and try again". Thank you.

Make sure your phone can access the portal. Try accessing the portal from a web browser on your device and see if it can access the portal there. If it cannot then you will have to check what network your LG phone is on.

My Android phone cannot access the portal from a web browser too, on IOS devices just enter the link to the portal in arcgis collector and it will be complete.

I assume your Portal is in internal network. Make sure your device can access it via VPN or internal wi-fi network. .etc. Also, it is always good to check if Portal is up.

When using laptop to connect by VPN ( using Junos Pulse ) i can connect to arcgis portal. On my Android device i can connect to a server in internal network but cannot connect to arcgis portal. Error show on Android device "DNS can not find URL".

You need to make sure Android phone can access the portal from a web browser first. Maybe you want to try VPN using Junos Pulse in your Android phone.
