ESRI Collector freezes on logon

We are looking to understand the system requirements of the Windows version of Collector Classic and if there are any needed Antivirus/Endpoint security exclusions needed from a Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Defender perspective.

ArcGIS Collector Classic for Windows Freezes on Start/Login Release 20.0.1
There appears to be a frequent issue that our field users are experiencing with Collector on Windows with the app freezing on startup. Users are forced to wait for upwards of 20 minutes for the app to start up. The user experiences a "White Screen" where all you see is an entirely white app. There is also the same delay when switching from Portal to AGOL, but again only on the initial login for each.

Hi Jon, as the iOS and Android versions of this app are retired and there are no on-going development efforts being made for Collector Classic (Windows), it is probably a given that we will see unexpected behaviour as time goes on.

Does anyone else utilize Intune and Microsoft Defender for pushing security policies and are there are any known Intune/Endpoint Security policies that may cause issues related to LSASS (Local Security Authority Subsystem Service) as this is the process we see in the block chain of events and we are under the impression that it is what is slowing the connection down?
