Enterprise: Won't take map offline without signing into ArcGIS Online

I am trying to take a web map offline. I have created my own basemap and loaded it into Collector, but every time I select my own offline area within the app and tap download, it wants me to sign into my ArcGIS Online account. I am already signed into my enterprise account. Why is this happening?

I tested the same process multiple times on Thursday 1/3 with no problems. We updated the web map on Friday and after that ALL of my web maps ask for the same thing when I try and take them offline.

For the sake of closure: The issues we were having came down to the basemaps that we were using in our web maps. In order to take those maps offline without signing into ArcGIS Online, we needed to add the ESRI offline/tiled basemaps to the web maps.
