I'd like to get co-workers to use Collector on their smart phones but they are concerned if they don't have an unlimited data plan that using the app will consume data. Any information I can share with them?

Hi there

Here are some links that will assist you taking the Maps offline

Also there is a training senimar that you can watch as well

Yes, it will use data. However, you can utilize wifi to minimize data usage. You can also download maps to the phone and work in a disconnected mode so that the syncing would only happen when you specify, like when you have wifi.

John,

This video is quite old…2014. Is there a more recent one?
