Collector, attachments fail to upload alongside point data

The attachments (photos) taken on my Pixel 6 using Collector do not upload alongside the point data. I've reduced the quality on the camera to 'medium', which results in file sizes that are 0.95 MB

I get the error "1 or more attributes failed to submit"
