Can't download map to Collector for ArcGIS for offline work

Hi,

I am trying to get offline with Collector for ArcGIS. We working on ArcGIS PRO 2.3 and ArcGIS Enterprise's portal 10.6. Base map published as sync cached map service and feature class published as feature with sync capability. Of course feature class in SDE and already versioning and archiving enabled. After enabling sync and export map became available in list but when I trying to download map button inactive. We can see in below screen.

Hello Kydyrov Meirambek‌,

If you haven't you need to click on "Map Details" to define the level of detail for your map. After clicking "Map Details" you should be able to click the download button.

Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) - Go offline
