Can Collector allow me to multi-select data with the polygon tool?

If I have a map with all the buildings in a town and each building in the town has it's own set of data when I click on it (as shown in a pop-up) like Building Height, Building Color, Building Tax Info etc. is it possible for me to use the polygon tool to select multiple buildings?

If so, is there a way to display all the data in another pop-up or in the polygon's pop-up box?
