we think we found a bug when using Collector for ArcGIS 'Classic' and iOS11+ - it appears that you cannot take a photo and attach it to a new feature...a few of our clients have noted this problem..it doesn't appear to be an issue with the new Collector for ArcGIS.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
We are going to now uninstall Classic and install the new version..
