"No valid license found"

  1. Hi. I downloaded the trial version of Cityengine 2017, but after installation, this message pops up when I try to run the software. How can I fix it?

You need to authorize the product.  An email from Esri City Engine Trial would have been sent to the email associated with your account.  The email contains an evaluation license code with eva prefix along with installation and authorization instruction.

Hi Cristian, were you able to solve this problem? I am getting the same error and it won't even open the authorization wizard to enter the authorization number.
