How to align imported model to lot shape

Hi !!


I am having difficulties to align imported model into a lot shape. Previously I had to go to sketchup and "adjust" every single model

Is there any Rule to make it happen?

I have one rule, many different Lot shapes and many models

2] Rotational orientation or vertical ?
