Create a shape useing map layer Mapping

Hello,
I want to create a shape using map layer Mapping, like if the attribute of map layer = 5 (ex) a shape created .

is it possible?

Attributes sampled from map layers can be queried using python scripting:

• ce.sampleFloatLayerAttribute 
• ce.createShape
