cityengine is crashing! HELP!

Hi guys,

I just installed CityEngine trial. The problem is that when I open CityEngine, it opens for 1-3 seconds and then closes. Then a dialog window appears saying:"An error has occurred, please see the log file."

Now I didn't know exactly what to see in the log file because there are too many words in it. So I attached the log file.

Hope someone can solve my problem 🙂

Hi,

Some addtional information for you.

1. I have pulled the machine out of security zone, uninstall, clean user profile temproary files, and reinstall the 64-bit version. The problem remains. (OS: Window 7 64-bit)

2. Uninstalled the 64-bit version, installed the 32-bit version, it works.

The problem appears with 64-bit version.

Hopefully, this points direction to debug.
